Ameya Sharma

CEO

Ameya Sharma is the CEO and Founder of EVOCS, where he leads the company’s vision across strategy, enterprise architecture, AI, and next-generation infrastructure. With over five years of experience in the data center space, he has helped clients navigate the shift to AI-driven infrastructure while aligning technology with business outcomes. He has also held leadership roles in enterprise architecture and executive management across multiple industries, building a strong foundation in large-scale technology execution. A serial entrepreneur since the age of 12, Ameya has built and explored over 15 ventures before finding his long-term focus with EVOCS. He brings a distinctive, first-principles approach to problem solving, shaped by his neurodivergent thinking and curiosity for complex systems. Outside of work, he is a former professional gamer and a self-described tech enthusiast.

Roy Tan

Co-Founder | VP of Solutions

Roy Tan is the Co-Founder and Vice President at EVOCS, where he leads solutions and delivery across complex transformations, migrations, and enterprise initiatives. He is known for building high-performing teams and stepping into high-pressure, fast-moving environments to bring order and drive execution. Roy works directly with clients to turn strategy into real outcomes, staying close to both the work and the people behind it. Highly hands-on, he operates alongside his teams - solving problems in real time, unblocking progress, and keeping delivery on track.

Tom Marcin

Co-Founder | VP of Service Delivery

Thomas Marcin serves as the Chief Delivery Officer for EVOCS, Inc. and CEO of EVOCS India, where he bridges the gap between ambitious strategy and flawless execution. At EVOCS, Mr. Marcin ensures the team upholds its promise as a world-class trusted business advisor, technology implementation partner, and managed services provider. With over 30 years of international experience, he leverages a deep understanding of global markets to lead the EVOCS India team. Under his direction, the firm manages critical infrastructure projects and operations across India and beyond. Outside the boardroom, Thomas is a dedicated outdoorsman; he famously combined his love for adventure and angling by fly-fishing in Lake Titicaca, the world’s highest navigable lake in Bolivia.

William F. Hirsh

VP of Growth, Human Capital Management

William F. Hirsch is the VP of Growth for the Human Capital Management (HCM) vertical at EVOCS. William brings deep knowledge in HCM consulting, HR technology expertise, and data analytics which he has built over a career in various industries and roles. William focuses his time on driving key sales across the HCM vertical, building the Enterprise Sales function, leading the Marketing team, overseeing HCM delivery practices (HiBob, Workday, ADP, and more), and growing key business partnerships (Crunchr, Greenhouse, OutSail, Visier, OneModel, and others). Outside of work, William enjoys running, golf, travel, adventurous eating, and cheering on his alma mater, and National Football Champions, the Indiana Hoosiers.
