Ameya Sharma
CEOAmeya Sharma is the CEO and Founder of EVOCS, where he leads the company’s vision across strategy, enterprise architecture, AI, and next-generation infrastructure. With over five years of experience in the data center space, he has helped clients navigate the shift to AI-driven infrastructure while aligning technology with business outcomes. He has also held leadership roles in enterprise architecture and executive management across multiple industries, building a strong foundation in large-scale technology execution. A serial entrepreneur since the age of 12, Ameya has built and explored over 15 ventures before finding his long-term focus with EVOCS. He brings a distinctive, first-principles approach to problem solving, shaped by his neurodivergent thinking and curiosity for complex systems. Outside of work, he is a former professional gamer and a self-described tech enthusiast.
Roy Tan
Co-Founder | VP of SolutionsRoy Tan is the Co-Founder and Vice President at EVOCS, where he leads solutions and delivery across complex transformations, migrations, and enterprise initiatives. He is known for building high-performing teams and stepping into high-pressure, fast-moving environments to bring order and drive execution. Roy works directly with clients to turn strategy into real outcomes, staying close to both the work and the people behind it. Highly hands-on, he operates alongside his teams - solving problems in real time, unblocking progress, and keeping delivery on track.
William F. Hirsch
VP of Growth, Human Capital ManagementWilliam F. Hirsch is the VP of Growth for the Human Capital Management (HCM) vertical at EVOCS. William brings deep knowledge in HCM consulting, HR technology expertise, and data analytics which he has built over a career in various industries and roles. William focuses his time on driving key sales across the HCM vertical, building the Enterprise Sales function, leading the Marketing team, overseeing HCM delivery practices (HiBob, Workday, ADP, and more), and growing key business partnerships (Crunchr, Greenhouse, OutSail, Visier, OneModel, and others). Outside of work, William enjoys running, golf, travel, adventurous eating, and cheering on his alma mater, and National Football Champions, the Indiana Hoosiers.
Tom Marcin
Co-Founder | VP of Service DeliveryThomas Marcin serves as the Chief Delivery Officer for EVOCS, Inc. and CEO of EVOCS India, where he bridges the gap between ambitious strategy and flawless execution. At EVOCS, Mr. Marcin ensures the team upholds its promise as a world-class trusted business advisor, technology implementation partner, and managed services provider. With over 30 years of international experience, he leverages a deep understanding of global markets to lead the EVOCS India team. Under his direction, the firm manages critical infrastructure projects and operations across India and beyond. Outside the boardroom, Thomas is a dedicated outdoorsman; he famously combined his love for adventure and angling by fly-fishing in Lake Titicaca, the world’s highest navigable lake in Bolivia.
Joe Esparraguera
Chief Financial OfficerJoseph (“Joe”) Esparraguera is the Chief Financial Officer at EVOCS, where he leads finance, accounting, and FP&A while contributing to operational and strategic decision-making. With a career spanning over 30 years, including experience in technology consulting, Joe has supported founder-led and private equity-backed companies in building scalable finance functions and preparing for M&A. He focuses on establishing disciplined financial infrastructure, improving visibility into performance, and aligning financial strategy with execution to support sustainable growth. He is particularly interested in applying automation and AI to accelerate financial insight and decision-making.
Andres Valencia
Microsoft 365 & Azure Platform DirectorAndres serves as Microsoft 365 and Azure Practice Director at Evocs, where he leads enterprise deployments and governance for modern workplace and cloud environments. With 20+ years across government, commercial, defense, higher education, and pharma, he specializes in Zero Trust architecture, Microsoft security frameworks, and large-scale tenant and identity implementations. He helps organizations adopt Microsoft 365 capabilities—including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure—while strengthening security, compliance, and operational clarity through standards and SOPs. Outside of work, he enjoys mentoring IT teams and building practical runbooks that make complex rollouts easier to sustain.
Meli Comparini
Sr. Director of People & CultureMeli Comparini is the Sr. Director of People & Culture at EVOCS, where she partners with leadership to design and scale people strategies that support business growth and strong, healthy teams. She brings over a decade of experience across startups and global tech environments, leading initiatives in organizational design, talent development, and employee experience. Meli focuses on building systems and cultures that enable clarity, accountability, and long-term engagement in remote-first settings, and who genuinely believes better workplaces start with more human ones. Outside of work, she’s a proud dog mum who loves traveling the world and exploring new places and cultures.
Barb Kesselbrenner
Sr. Director, HiBob PracticeBarb Kesselbrenner is a Senior Director at EVOCS, leading the HiBob practice across the Americas and overseeing complex, multi-region HRIS implementations. Her background spans over a decade in HR tech and talent, evolving from hands-on delivery into leading large-scale implementation efforts and consulting teams. Barb focuses on building structured, scalable solutions and helping clients adopt systems in ways that hold up beyond go-live. She also works closely with consultants to bring clarity and consistency to delivery. She’s known for bringing order to complex in fast-moving environments.
Tomás Moderc
Director of ProductTomás Moderc is the Director of Product at EVOCS, where he leads product vision, platform strategy, and the transition from services to scalable product offerings. He focuses on building AI-driven platforms, defining their architecture, positioning, and long-term roadmap. His experience spans identity and access management, AI platforms, and enterprise transformation, working closely with executive stakeholders and engineering teams. He is particularly focused on turning complex delivery work into reusable, productized capabilities that drive measurable outcomes. Ashley Barth
Solutions Architect, Business and Process StrategyAshley Barth is a Solutions Architect at EVOCS, where she designs and delivers structured solutions built around client data. She brings a background in business analysis and solution design, with a strength in translating complex requirements into clear, reliable workflows and deliverables. Ashley is known for adapting her approach to fit each client’s environment with a focus on building solutions that are transparent, scalable, and easy for teams to understand and own. Her secret life involves devouring books, collecting skills such as pyrography, and a totally justifiable number of board games. If Ashley is not online, she’s either lost in a fictional world or following the dopamine. Send snacks.
Sumit Kumar
Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, APACSumit Kumar is a Senior Technology Leader at EVOCS, where he drives enterprise architecture, managed services strategy, and large-scale cloud and data center transformation initiatives. He brings over 16 years of experience across organizations including ACL Digital (Alten Group), Wipro, Reliance Jio, and Ameri100, leading multiregion programs in infrastructure modernization, ServiceNow transformation, and cybersecurity. His work focuses on aligning technology with business priorities while strengthening operational resilience and compliance. Sumit is PMP- and CISM-certified, with expertise in ITIL-led service operations and enterprise program governance. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring emerging technologies.
Ashlee Morel
Director of PMOAshlee Morel is the Director of PMO at EVOCS, where she leads program strategy and execution across cross-functional initiatives to scale technical solutions and enhance organizational performance. She brings over a decade of experience in technology, including her work at Slack, where she delivered platform enhancements and built systems to improve visibility into experimentation and performance. Ashlee focuses on aligning engineering, product, and business teams to drive efficient execution and meaningful outcomes. She is particularly interested in leveraging automation and AI to streamline workflows and support better decision-making.
